It is the policy of the Board of Trustees of the Wood Dale Fire Protection District to permit access to and copying of public records in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5ILCS 140/4). However, the district respects the limited exceptions outlined in the Act with regards to the safeguarding of individual privacy and efficient operation of the district. The Administrative Assistants, Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief, who are hereby appointed the District's FOIA officers, shall ensure that the district complies with the Act.

All public requests for information and/or records will be processed through the administration office of the district, located at 589 N Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale, IL 60191.
